Bang Saphan

And the journey continues... At our next stop in Bang Saphan, we stayed for 2 nights... besides the beautiful Wat Thang Sai temple in nearby Ban Krut, there isn't much spectacular to see here. Nevertheless, it's a nice peaceful place with great beaches and charming little town centers. There are hardly any proper taxis here, for example, we were driven from the train station to the homestay by two Thai people on their scooter ;). Our stay at Haadsomboon House in Bang Saphan Yai is lovely and clean. The small bungalows are equipped with everything you need and are very spacious. Our little highlight was a private bathroom in the room... we hadn't had that in a long time. 🙏🏼😉

The road from Bang Saphan Yai (Yai means small, there is also the city of Bang Saphan Noi, which is supposedly the bigger one of the two, but we didn't really notice ;)) to Ban Krut is super beautiful and runs right along the coast. The beach in Ban Krut is nice, but there are nicer and more deserted sections to discover if you simply drive along the coast... :) We collected mother-of-pearl on one beach and Sergey made beautiful pendants for us 😍.

Today we continue on a stopover to Surat Thani. We are excited 😊
