Hi Austria! Hello World!

And here is the day we've been waiting for! Our backpacks are packed, family and friends are bid farewell, our home is cleaned and handed over to good hands - nothing stands in the way of departure!

Our dear friends Sabine & Michael have taken the trouble to bring us to the airport in Vienna. We deliberately avoided having many people at the airport for our departure - saying goodbye is hard enough as it is. Our feelings are mixed: the farewell is a bit difficult, but the anticipation cannot be denied. So, here we go - the adventure of world travel can begin...

Our first flight goes via Moscow to Hanoi, where we should arrive on Sunday (8.10.) at around half past 8 in the morning. Let's hope that the start goes as smoothly as possible - please cross your fingers! :)
