On the way to Hobart, we naturally stopped for one last hike.
We crossed a large mountain range from Freycinet National Park to reach Wineglass Bay. The hike was damn exhausting... But if you took enough time, it was doable. At the top of the mountain, there was a lookout point to take good photos of the beach, and then we went down to the beach. Today, the weather wasn't good enough for swimming... But we didn't have much time there anyway.
Afterwards, we drove to the lighthouse and walked around it to see the beautiful coast, and then we headed back to Hobart. In Hobart, we were all dropped off at different hostels and the group had to split up again. That was really sad because we had gotten along very well by now. In the evening, I had arranged to have fish and chips with a fellow traveler, and almost all the Germans in the group stayed at my hostel... We sat together in the evening and played cards.
