From Ko Samui to Ko Lanta

It was time to move on. We chose Ko Lanta because we had been there 15 years ago and we really liked the island. We especially wanted to show the kids the stalactite cave.

The journey started at 6:45 am with a taxi. After some searching and phone calls, our taxi driver found the travel agency where we could buy the ferry tickets. Everything went smoothly from there. The picture shows us on the ferry. Then we were taken by bus to a bus station of our travel company. Luckily, there were food stalls across the street where we could buy something to eat. Another bus then took us to a bus terminal in Krabi, where we had to wait for about 2 hours until the bus continued to Ko Lanta. We arrived at our bungalow resort around 6 pm. The journey seemed very enjoyable to us because we could eat delicious food everywhere and drink our favorite shakes.
