On the way to Sydney

On Monday the 4th of December our adventure started, there were 10,242 miles ahead of us until Sydney. We had a 6-hour flight from Frankfurt to Dubai. There we had 4 hours to do some duty-free shopping and take a power nap! Then it was a long 14-hour flight to Sydney. Arriving there tired and exhausted, we first had to go through passport control and wait for our luggage! We got ourselves a SIM card and went in search of the bus stop. The Australians were all very helpful and offered their help right away! We took the bus to Radwick and got off where the bus driver told us. We were already looking forward to being right at the accommodation, but there was no sign! We still had to walk for another 30 minutes with our heavy luggage! Almost desperate and after a lot of asking around, we finally made it. First, we showered and unpacked. A short power nap turned into 6 hours of sleep! In the evening we had delicious pizza and let the day come to an end...
