Day 6 Alsace

After being pleasantly surprised by the food at the hotel last night, we didn't stay up too late, as they say.

Today's, also the final stage, took us past the holiday home that will be hosting us for a week starting tomorrow. From the outside, it already looks very nice.

A beautiful hike through some hills and vineyards back to the starting point of our tour in Eguisheim, where we took our time to enjoy the moment. Taking our time served another purpose, as we were able to chase a thunderstorm.

In Eguisheim, the obligatory isotonic cold drink and taking it all in. An amazing week with really good friends is coming to an end. There is, of course, a touch of sadness. May there be many more hiking trips like this one!!!!!!!
