Fano

After numerous phone calls, we actually managed to get a parking space just past Fano. And it's fantastic, clean and most importantly, WE still have a place for the night !!!! It's unbelievable how crowded everything is here. Although we don't encounter that many motorhomes, we get rejection after rejection. But here at Tomas' parking lot, it's not that bad, so we decide to stay here for 2 nights.

After an absolutely fantastic dinner (minimum 4 stars) in the randomly found restaurant 'MUMA', we actually wanted to take a taxi back, since the last bus had already left long ago. However, the taxi driver didn't find it profitable enough .... (let's assume, because he only cursed in Italian) and didn't even take us, the 5 km to the motorhome were apparently too short for him. So we had no choice but to take a 1-hour walk at half past 11 at night. Past cars after cars, people playing tennis (at 00:00!!!), families coming from the beach (with small children), countless cyclists and so on...

The clocks seem to actually turn differently here.
