Craving for the sea

Good weather + weekend = a combination we didn't want to miss out on!
After Erik's girlfriend Kim joined us on Friday evening, we naturally wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to explore the area more flexibly than with the dog sled. After some household chores, we escaped to the unnamed 'House Canyon' on Saturday afternoon, at least in dry weather. This connects the Altevatn reservoir located above Innset with our home lake Vestlevatn and quietly snakes past our front door. So we simply set off and were definitely not disappointed! In about 3 hours, we explored the small canyon and found some great motifs and views. Ah, scrambling a bit here and there over rocks and stones, I was so in my element! :) Today, the discovery tour should continue directly, but for that we had to go with the PickUp. The destination - over Finnsnes to the island Senja above the Vesterålen. Weeeell.... see for yourself! :)
We definitely had a very nice and relaxed day with absolutely great weather, and the desire to come back here in the summer with more peace, time, and trekking equipment, has been greatly increased! Maybe even cruising through the Lofoten again with the old postal ship fleet, the Hurtigruten... my parents allowed me to do that as a child, but these memories are definitely worth reviving! Because there is so much to discover here, and I have the feeling that I haven't been here for the last time in this corner of the world :)
By the way, the desire to draw a little bit has also grabbed me again here, the motif is self-explanatory! :D
