Metz, France, that went faster than expected.
In Germany, the Moselle River was lined with vineyards on both sides. The bike path also went up a bit from time to time, so there were a few uphill stretches. But everything was manageable. Here, the landscape is much flatter again.
Yesterday I was already in Luxembourg as the campsite was there. Today, back to the German side, and before I knew it, I was already in France.
Since the campsite is located in the middle of the city on the Moselle River, I had some time to explore the city. It is a beautiful city with a cathedral and a market where I could buy my dinner.
Tomorrow, I will leave the Moselle River and then we'll see what's next.
Cycling is a lot of fun and at the campsites, I meet others who are traveling similarly to me. Long distances and minimal luggage.
