This morning we were woken up by the sun. It was a beautiful morning with blue skies. We had a leisurely breakfast and enjoyed the benefits of the campground, hot showers, and running water.
We took advantage of the nice weather and went for a kayak ride on the nearby lake.
Afterwards, we packed up our things to continue our journey. Our first destination is Preikestolen, a famous giant cliff in southwestern Norway.
Today we drove about 160 kilometers and set up our campsite on the shore of a large lake. From here, we will drive for another hour tomorrow to reach our destination. To avoid the crowds of tourists, we will leave at 7 o'clock and then tackle the three-kilometer ascent.
We will spend this evening at our campsite, surrounded by nature. Our tent is facing the lake and sheltered by a large mountain massif. Since we are located in a large pasture for sheep, we are looking forward to nocturnal visitors.
Good night :)
