Today's walk led along the north and south banks of the Yarra River. The Yarra River flows through the center of Melbourne. The walk started at Federation Square in sultry weather. I crossed the many bridges between the two banks. Some bridges are only for pedestrians and cyclists. I found the Sandridge Railway Bridge very interesting, an old railway bridge that is now a pedestrian bridge. The turning point of the walk was the Webb Bridge, a snake-shaped foot and bicycle bridge that leads to the Docklands.
In the evening, the rain announced itself and the temperature was invigorating again.
