The last few days in Granada have been quite relaxed, and the city is perfect for it. You can simply stroll through the streets and eat and drink here and there. Like at Café de las sonrisas, an inclusive café where only deaf people work. The signs on the walls help with ordering, and we had a nice time there (except for the swarms of mosquitoes)!
Mama's visit to the tattoo artist was also a nice time for me, as he was extremely friendly and had beautiful eyes (😏). It was also great that we could always see Mombacho (did I mention how much I love volcanoes?).
But the time came, we left Granada and took the ferry from San Jorge to Ometepe, which took about an hour. And let me tell you, from my veranda I have a perfect view of Concepción, another volcano! :D The second highest in Nicaragua, almost always surrounded by clouds at the summit and absolutely breathtaking to look at.
Let's see what the coming days bring here, just hanging in a hammock and looking out would be enough for me. The sky is covered with stars tonight and frames the summit beautifully. The weather is a bit rougher and more unpredictable, but I love it.
