Frauentag In China

Today is International Women's Day worldwide. Here in China, the issue of gender equality is noticeable. In our office where construction, design, and bill of materials are handled, at least 50% of the employees are women. In other departments such as procurement or order management, there are even more. Leadership positions across the board are also filled by female colleagues.

International Women's Day is celebrated here. During lunch break, all women receive a red carnation and can leave half a day early.
