Singapore / Sentosa

Hello everyone,
already in the early morning we took the bus to the port in Singapore. We crossed a bridge (with integrated escalators and signs indicating the distance in meters) to reach the leisure island of Sentosa. After a typically Malaysian breakfast of eggs, toast with a type of honey, and really good coffee, we started walking to the beach on the other side of the island. We passed through a huge leisure complex with many water games and fountains. After a short trip to the island in front of the island via a wobbly suspension bridge, we finally cooled off in the water. Since the beach was too hot for sunbathing (we even burned our feet), we continued to a cool viewing platform. Then we went back to Singapore through the Jungle Trail. There was a lot going on in Chinatown in the early evening, and we looked at the various stalls. Finally, we reached Maxwell Food Hall where we simply chose the stand with the longest queue due to the overwhelming selection. We had Mixed Meat Rice with soy sauce. The food was so good that we lined up again after the first serving and managed to grab one of the last meals because the meat was already sold out. After a long day and over 30,000 steps walked, we were looking forward to the bed and the upcoming trip to Malaysia.

See you later,

Malia
