Day 10 Pontevedra - Caldas de Reis 22.5km
The last three stages are coming up and I am so happy that the sun is back!!!
As I ran out of the city of Pontevedra, I felt like a tiny ant in an ant trail. Since Pontevedra is a bigger city, there are more pilgrims centered here. So we ran like ants and continued on our way.
Caldas de Reis is a really beautiful small town famous for its thermal springs. From now on, you can refill your bottle with spring water, which tastes really good. There is also a very, very cold foot bath and delicious food in the city itself!
I believe I can simply say about this day that there is some truth to the idea that you have to run away the pain!
