4 months have passed and I just made it home. 4 months in which I have experienced ups and downs. 4 months in which I have met incredibly amazing people here who once again showed me how damn beautiful life can be. 4 months of really hard work. 4 months in which I have learned so much about life and will never forget. 4 months in which I have been able to think a lot and appreciate what is important in life. I had the best team here on the AidaStella. Stella for star ⭐️ fits so well because my team never let me down and always showed me the right way. We have experienced terrible things like very sick people as well as our terrible sandstorm (Kalima) in which we fought hard and helped at the airport to provide guests with food, drinks and medicine. But of course there were also beautiful things that we experienced. I loved going on excursions with the girls during lunch breaks. Just getting off the ship and discovering the nature, culture and simply the lives of the people there. The nights we spent together whether it was partying or just being there for each other. Emotional things that we went through together and in the end were simply inseparable. Happier than the happiest when I looked out of the porthole in the morning and enjoyed this moment. Being outside on deck, looking into the distance and hearing the sound of the sea. Moments in which you can find yourself. Which people do you miss? Who is really important to you? Which people are important to you? Who contacts you and is interested? I love all the sounds on the ship, the rocking when we had rough seas, which allowed me to fall asleep as peacefully as a baby being rocked to sleep by the waves. The dear crew members with whom everything is based on mutual support. As you shout into the forest, so it comes back to you. Just a smile in the hallway is enough to make them happy! I love life on the ship! My contract ended and I disembarked with over 2100 guests who all just wanted to go home because of the Corona virus. I said goodbye to the ship and went to the airport. My flight was delayed more and more. I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to go home anymore and had to go into quarantine on Gran Canaria. Eventually, the gate opened and fortunately, when I got home, I burst into tears. Currently, there are still 600 crew members on the ship who are not allowed to leave. Many of my dearest people are also there. I think of you every day and please hold on. Great respect to all of you and soon I will come back and we will make it together. We will be back! Stay strong and positive! I hope that we can soon defeat the virus and start a new adventure and explore the world again. Stay home so that we can see each other again on Aida. Until then, see you on AIDASEHEN 🚢⚓️🧭
