We say goodbye to the nice Georgian family. Then we head to the Eagle Gorge, also part of the Vlashlova National Park. A deep karst gorge that is not allowed to be entered. But on the western edge of the cliff there is a developed path from where you can observe eagles, vultures and other birds of prey. Now it's time to head west again. Entry into Azerbaijan is currently only possible by plane. We chose Kvemo Alvani as our destination. The campsite there is a pearl in Georgia. Excellent sanitary facilities, good cell phone coverage and a swimming pool that we both use frequently. The campsite owner speaks German and immediately arranges a trip to Omalo for us tomorrow. In the evening we chat for a long time with two Austrians who have just come from Omalo and want to go to Africa. We fall asleep full of anticipation of the mountains. 7115km
