After incredibly breathtaking (and sometimes a bit scary 😅) 6 days, we are ending our safari. We have experienced and seen so much that we couldn't imagine beforehand. Madness! Both our guide and our cook, Brian and Paolo, have become very dear to us and we are very glad to have had such competent, kind, and above all authentic people with us. For us, every single national park had something special and looking back, we wouldn't miss any of them because they are so different and therefore so diverse. A dream come true!
We continue to Zanzibar: it's time to let the impressions of the last 8 days sink in and relax our souls a bit. We explore the different places Jambiani, Pingwe, and Nungwi in Zanzibar. Everything is fully booked, the island is packed with tourists - we are not used to that anymore.
Highlights: observing the tides, beautiful colors of the sea, seaweed farming during low tide, views from the accommodation, snorkeling tour, exploring marine life during low tide with guide Flo, Caribbean feeling, getting to know German Guys and Jens, enjoying the evening beach bar with good food, dancing and volleyball, boat ride with African drum music, spice tour in the Hakuna Matata Plantation, where we see how pepper, cloves, vanilla, and much more grows
