Stage 5 - Doors, Taxi and Surfer Vibes

We have now arrived in the Algarve and with it the first surfing beaches. There's still relatively little going on, but you can still see a few boards out there looking for the perfect wave.

Today we shortened the asphalt part of the route and only got on at the beach section. That was a very good decision. Firstly because I'm still not fit and secondly because the weather cleared up around midday and the wind blew away the clouds. We are very hungry for sun, but we are more likely to see rain in the next few days. A storm is approaching.

We are excited to see what patterns the wind and waves paint in the sand.

Today we are staying in a cute hostel. Martin is still in the lounge doing social studies, I'm already lying in the warm bed with a warm tea and resting.
