It all started with a Big Bang!
That’s something each and everyone of us learns right? That’s also the theory of the yogis, but they explain it in such a way that it all makes so much sense...
So as mentioned before, yoga means unity. Unity meaning we are all one. And coming back to the theory of the Big Bang, it’s fairly easy to understand. The Big Bang theory says that the universe started with a small singularity. This singularity inflated and all matter expanded into space, resulting in plurality being formed within it. Which is why I am I, and you are you! But digging deep into the origin of it all, we are all existing from this one singularity, hence we are all One.
So whatever you place into space is what extends into it. All meaning is self generated! Hence all nothing-ness is the everything-ness. Nothing-ness is just an illusion. It’s all just energy that has manifested itself in different ways at different levels of consciousness and space is the connector between those energies.
So we need to learn how to let go of our ego. Of the self-centered me. Of the isolated me. There is just US. Our bodies are just carriers of our consciousness. That consciousness that is infinite. We just live in this world believing that there are boundaries and limits, because that’s what our thoughts tell us. These thoughts are simply a collection of conditioned knowledge, incorrect knowledge. Have visions! See what others can’t see, by enhancing your consciousness. These visions might be unreasonable at first, but as long as they don’t create confusion within us, don’t try to be reasonable to others. Being unreasonable is part of the progression. Just always back up
Your word when giving it to existence.
Most importantly that means keeping your word to yourself. People break their word everyday, which is why their life is shitty. “Hesitation is a crime!”
Be open to be called a ‘fool’. Never stop- challenge and enhance yourself! Only that will make you worthy and will allow you to live a sacred life! Always have high principles that define the values around your life! If you don’t, you will always take the lower principles that will lead you into fear and anxiety. “Our biggest fear: fear of who we are!”
Our fundamental focus should be on the progressive Self, refining our consciousness at all times. So imagine a flow state.
For example a professional tennis player. When he plays a big tennis match, he dissolves his fundamental state. He gets into an ecstasy of flow in an isolated form. Which means that he gets into a state where there are no thoughts, only spontaneous right decisions. Because the moment he would start thinking, which hand to use or how how strong to hit and if he wins or looses, he would loose his focus and most likely miss.
Therefore our goal as a Yogi is to live in this flow state of mind 24/7. The only difference is that we don’t want this flow state in an isolated Self, but in unity.
That’s when we are able to adapt right away, with no thoughts of going for A or B, making spontaneous, right decisions/ actions in life. That’s the flow state we should all thrive for. That’s when we are able to express complexity with seemingly elegant simplicity. Because when we know life, it’s not complicated for us. “You are life and life is you - interact with it”
There are patterns that may arise in life that we can’t change, but we are always able to evolve within them by expanding our attention. And remember, there is never loosing only learning! Being good at something is never a static state, it’s always progressive. Therefore each and everyone of us is good, Just at a different level of observation. Never stop learning! If knowledge would stay static, the knowledge will become invalid at some point, as the world is constantly moving and so is the knowledge.
A friend of mine would now say: “Bella just dropped a wisdom bomb!” Haha
I know that probably a lot of you don’t take this seriously. But that’s because you don’t know any better. People are unable to understand that it’s possible to live in complete bliss. Just think about it... If someone walks passed you with a frown on their face, no one wonders. Because it’s just life right? And life is meant to be hard.
Then imagine someone walking passed you smiling, laughing, dancing and loving life, everyone starts wondering; What’s up with him? Is he on drugs?
No! He is just on Life. On his own ecstasy of life! And that’s what we can all be! Stop thinking that life is meant to be hard...
“Don’t work to make a life. That’s a lot of life wasted.”
I know it might seem complicated. But read it a couple of times and you’ll understand :)
