Tag 318 - Relaxing at Tonsai Beach

Hello everyone

Our day started very special today, as we were woken up by monkeys running over the rooftops 😁

But it was only 8 o'clock, time to get up ☺️

We started as usual on the terrace, followed by a great breakfast.

Afterwards, we sat on a rock at the beach and enjoyed the magnificent panorama....

A while later, we got into one of the longtail boats and went to Ao Nang. Kevin also wanted to browse the shops here and on the island there are only a handful of shops. We actually found a suitable pair of sunglasses for him :)
After the short shopping tour, I had a watermelon juice, Kevin had a banana-orange shake at the beach and then we headed back to Railay West.
We were so lucky, because no one else was on our boat. That's why I even got to steer a little bit and test how much strength it takes to put the long turbine into the water and lift it back out at the harbor. Together with the motor, it has to be perfectly balanced, because it was surprisingly easy.

Back on land, we quickly went into the bungalow, packed our towels and walked to Tonsai Beach.
This is my favorite beach here, because it's so peaceful and you don't meet many people. Plus, there are some really good climbers to watch and the beach bar is also very cute.

Kevin also liked the atmosphere, so we stayed there from around 2pm until 6pm.
We sunbathed, cooled off in the water every now and then, had more delicious fruit juices and watched the climbing skills on the wall.

A truly relaxing afternoon!

Afterwards, we went back to our bungalow, freshened up and now we are looking for a nice restaurant :)

Tomorrow we will go climbing again and we look forward to writing to you again :)
