Let's talk about our last booked tour: a trip to Phang Nga Bay. Here you can find the landscape with limestone cliffs, which is so typical for Thailand. We spent the day here with an island visit, canoeing through the hongs, and admiring the scenery.
The Last Excursion
After being picked up early from the hotel again, we were first taken to a harbor in Phuket. Our ship was waiting for us there, ready to take us on an amazing excursion. This time we were accommodated on a pretty large ship, with a comfortable group size. It was slightly larger than the groups on the last two boat trips, but the boat itself was also much bigger.
Island Fever
Not long after the ship set sail, we could already see the first islands. We made a stop at one of them. Today was the hottest day of our entire trip so far, which we immediately felt in the sun. So after exploring the island, we found a shady spot. We found a beautiful wooden swing attached to a tree. A beautiful place! From here, we could already catch a glimpse of the rock formations and get an idea of what awaited us. We enjoyed our time on the island until the journey continued.
Phang Nga Bay
There was a lot of beautiful scenery to admire along the way. Once again, we were simply fascinated by the surroundings. We were able to observe sea eagles along the way. We had lunch on the ship later.
Hong
On the way back, we passed the famous James Bond rock. However, we only stopped for a photo. We didn't get off here. So our last excursion also came to an end, with a wonderful view of the sunset.
