And the journey continues, 06/02/2020 (Day 6)

Today we have to say goodbye to our first stop, the beautiful city of Chiang Mai in northern Thailand.

After a little refreshment, it's time to pack everything back into our backpacks.

Yesterday, we quickly hand-washed some things, so everything can be packed back into the backpack!

At 11 o'clock we checked out of our accommodation and our Dutch landlord called us a taxi that took us to the bus terminal outside the city.

There, we waited for some time for our bus that we booked yesterday afternoon, and off we went to our next destination... Chiang Rai!

With just a 10-minute delay, we started our nearly 4-hour bus ride.

Almost the entire route was a huge construction site. Really crazy 🙈

We arrived in Chiang Rai safely after a quick bathroom break.

Since our booked accommodation last night had no rooms available due to water damage, we were accommodated in the neighboring house.

We had dinner at the Chiang Rai night market.

Afterwards, we ended the evening in a Reggae Bar.
