Argenteria - Stintino - Punta Is Arrutas

I don't know if the Captain held the sextant upside down or if porridge landed on the nautical chart, but the route of the last two days gives reason to ponder 🤔...

We sailed from Alghero to the 'ghost mining town' of Argenteria, further north to the La Pelosa beach in Stintino, and then back, sailing south along the west coast with stunning views!

We wanted to set up our overnight camp at a pizzeria with camping spots, but when we arrived at the harbor entrance, the gate to the anchorage was closed. The Captain sent me to explore and I soon returned with the message that the gate had to be manually operated... done and done, a helmsman is always up for anything 👍

The anchorage was somewhat peculiar. No complaints about the view, it was amazing! The Captain was satisfied anyway, as he didn't care that the local pizzeria seemed to have temporarily or permanently closed, which was also evident in the premises and the outdoor shower we shared with a few diligent plants... (it was not the first time there was only one water temperature). So, I found myself back in the galley in the evening...

The next morning, we enjoyed a free and breathtaking view of the Sardinian Sea, a cup of coffee, a morning toilet with a view of palm trees 🌴 😉 a tired Captain, and hoisting the sails towards Putzu Idu. We had breakfast on the way...

Yes, now we are heading westward. The Captain probably chose an anchorage with a sunset in the sea in anticipation of the Admiral and my first wedding anniversary. He's quite a thoughtful guy...
