#Thailand Day 17 Return journey

Once again in the breakfast room this morning

This is what a table looks like after Chinese people have had breakfast. The waiter comes with larger equipment to clean up.

No one here can handle knives, they only use spoons and forks to scoop and slurp.

It's also very funny to watch when Chinese people put their toast in this toaster....

....and the toast disappears on the conveyor belt😂😂

The usual reaction is to frantically bend down and search 'where has my toast gone'

Yesterday, however, we had a power outage because the Chinese woman used a metal tong to try and save her disappeared toast bread.

Today, wearing a bathrobe instead of pajamas.

Also note the shoes 😂😂

At the buffet this morning, a Chinese woman tried the jam directly with the spoon that was in the jam jar and put the spoon back into the jar... hhmmmm

It's a bit like watching Loriot🤪 unfortunately, Chinese people are only loud, they shout at their children and unfortunately have no manners, neither when it comes to eating nor in the respectful treatment of people or food.

As nice as the bed in the hotel is, it is about 2.50m wide = Jutta with outstretched arms🤪

we wouldn't want to spend the night here anymore.

The last day brings us sunshine again.

Time to walk up and down the beach one more time.

Here too, the Chinese people do strange things.

Patong was clearly too long planned. The destinations before were simply too fantastic.

Under the shower and in the taxi to the airport.

Watch out for elephants🐘🐘🐘🐘

We can check our luggage through to Bologna. ..but unfortunately not ourselves☹️ let's see where the suitcases end up.

At the airport there are plenty of delicacies

Ching Chang Fish (whatever that may be)

Dried shrimps

Dried fish

Salted eggs.... probably also dried🤦‍♀️🤪 let's snack🤮

The plane takes off on time towards Bangkok.

After checking in again, endless queues at the security check and at customs, we are sitting in the Eva Lounge with wine and fantastic 🍕 Pizza.

We land on time and catch our connection to Munich. We only make the connection with Dolomiti Airways from Munich to Bologna by running.

So far everything is working great, but we haven't arrived in Cologne yet.

Arrival in Bologna..... suitcases gone🤣🤣🤣🤣of course.

It has one advantage, we don't need to check in any suitcases in Bologna anymore and we don't have to unpack any suitcases today either.

Sitting in the plane to Cologne without suitcases and hopefully landing on time there.
