Today it's time to get up early again. 5:30 is the end of the night for us. The game drive starts at six o'clock. Since we are probably the only ones who get up so early, we have a guide all to ourselves. His name is Kelicious like delicious.
We started in the darkness with headlights. In the darkness you can find many shy animals.
Right on time for sunrise, sitting giraffes, (sitting very rare) a brown hyena and the first lions at the waterhole.
On the way back, there are 4 slightly bloodied lionesses who have just returned from the hunt.
A nice start to the day!
After breakfast, we drive about 85km through the park to the next camp, Halali. Here everything is a bit older and could be renovated. But still, the animals in nature are the main attraction.
On the way, we even saw a leopard. We just didn't recognize it... The pool is a nice refreshment in the afternoon and in the evening, after dinner, we see the next rhinos at the waterhole!!
