Arlie Beach

In Airlie Beach, we first went to the city where we spent a beautiful day at the artificial lagoon by the sea. Then we wanted to drive to a free campsite, but it turned out that it was only for nudists and you needed a membership for that.

But we were lucky to be allowed to stay in the garden of a very nice family, and we could feel at home. The next day, on the recommendation of our host, we went to a waterfall and bought some things to have a barbecue for ourselves and our hosts.

After two nights there, we said goodbye to them and the Bavarians and continued on to Townsville.
