The diversity of landscapes fascinates us immensely. Just a day ago we were standing on the Spitzkoppe, and now we find ourselves in the Moon landscape, located on the edge of the Namib Desert. Just a few kilometers away, uranium is mined for nuclear power plants around the world. Namibia ranks 4th in uranium mining and contributes about 12% to the global uranium production.
