Who can spot the mistake? Exactly, the clock runs counter-clockwise. The government wants to send a message and erase old traces of the colonizers. The Foreign Minister believes that this step is 'quite logical'. A clock on the southern hemisphere rotates in the opposite direction. This decision has sparked controversy in Bolivia, although we haven't seen many 'wrong' clocks.
