Ciudad de México

Unfortunately, we only have a short stop in Mexico City. So, we won't waste much time and start exploring right after our arrival. 
We stroll through the entire historic center, admire the beautiful buildings, and visit two museums and a church. 
However, the highlight for us is the Mexico City Cathedral. After admiring it from the outside and the inside, we take a tour of the bell towers. We climb up the old spiral staircase. Our guide tells us about the history and the facts. Then, we head straight to the roof of the cathedral from where we have a direct view of the main square of the historic center of Mexico City. Our path leads us across to the other bell tower, from where we descend back to solid ground. 
After our exhausting tour, we have some traditional tacos and enjoy one last beer in Mexico.

We need to pack everything and get ready for the flight before we start off to the USA tomorrow.
