Reinebringen

If we had seen yesterday in what kind of environment our parking space was located, we would never have stopped there. Fortunately, it is Sunday and the construction site where we ended up is closed.
My morning started with a short walk towards the campsite - hoping for a nice toilet - unfortunately, everything was locked with a combination lock and I had to leave empty-handed. Next stop: bus shelter - dry bench in the sun - great reading spot. After another short exploration, I was called back to the motorhome - breakfast was ready!
Since Juliane had pointed out the precarious parking situation in Reine, we decided to cancel our breakfast preparations and drive 5km further to our starting parking space at the entrance of Reine. There was still space for us and we could enjoy our 'standard muesli' in peace.
Around half past nine, we started our ascent towards Reinebringen. After what felt like 10,000 steps that were way too high, we finally made it to the top - there are 'only' 1,978 steps with 448 meters of elevation - but the view definitely made up for it - absolutely amazing!
After freeing ourselves from the parking trap - Norwegians know how to fill parking spaces optimally, I thought that was only possible in Southern Europe - we made a short stop at the harbor parking lot. There are even toilets with credit card payment, and if you don't lock them from the inside, you unexpectedly get company - luckily, that didn't happen to us. ;)
After that, we continued along the E10 with a few more stops. We didn't feel like driving many kilometers today, so we only covered about 50km. The super sandy beach in Ramberg and the fantastic views were probably not to blame, but I wouldn't bet on it for the many steps.
Now we have arrived at the fishing port in Napp and we hope to see the first northern lights soon.
