San Andrés de Teixido

Although we don't go on a pilgrimage, we still make a little detour to the small town of Santuario de San Andrés de Teixido. This place of pilgrimage is probably very crowded during the summer months. We park in one of the 10 tourist bus parking lots, the parking lot is almost bigger than the town itself. But besides us, there is hardly anyone here today. A very nice little place and a beautifully landscaped park-like garden with an old small mill are located below the chapel.
