Marrakech

In November 2017, I left cold Germany to embark on a trip to Morocco from Weeze. Morocco is country #47 on my list. The weather was wonderful and Marrakech was wonderful as expected. Our hotel (Riad Sun of Kech) was a dream in the middle of the old town (Medina) of Marrakech.

We took a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. The impressive mountains and valleys of the North African range were very fascinating. The trip ended in the afternoon with a dinner by the river.
