Today we are exploring the picturesque Coral Bay, home to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef. In the marine park, there are 250 species of coral and over 500 species of fish. We decided to take a boat tour to snorkel with the manta rays. It was a breathtaking experience to be able to observe the wild and free mantas underwater. We also went on a boat to explore other snorkeling spots to discover the marine life beneath the surface. We saw turtles, dolphins, sharks, and a variety of colorful fish species, among others. When we returned from the tour in the late afternoon, we had a short drive to the exclusive camping site at Yardie Creek in the Cape Range National Park near Exmouth.
