After a cozy night with Jarl Björn, or in English simply Markus, we continued towards Bork Vikingehavn, always along the beautiful Ringkøbing Fjord. And finally, the sun was shining again. So we could enjoy our lunch in peace in the harbor in Hvide Sande and drive through the great dune landscape to the museum. Here, Denmark is also a bit beautiful.
Arriving at Bork Vikingehavn, we had to practice archery straight away. Not so easy with the large bows. And after both of us had tormented the target, I shot the wolf in the nostril. That's something you have to achieve first.
Then we went out to sea with the ship, or rather, we initially checked the density in the harbor.
A few steps further are the huts, the longhouse, even a mill and the sacred place with the offerings. This is one of the most beautiful museums we have visited. Very well maintained and lovingly prepared.
Finally, we found a great souvenir in the form of a Viking ship in the museum shop, and then we found a nice parking space nearby.
A completely successful day.
