SriSri Panchakarma

Finally arrived. 👌 Everything was flowing. The flight was peaceful, including the last leg from Abu Dhabi. Arrived in Bangalore at 3.45 am. A very nice taxi driver took us to the center, with a photo stop on the way to photograph the Parliament, including explanations of the attractions we encountered. Great driver. Today is our first day, first to the doctor for a health check-up including pulse diagnosis. So how awesome is that💓, I'm 60 years old, a Pitta/Vata type, and completely healthy, with my energy channels flowing freely. Yes ❗️The people here are very courteous. Lunch was simply delicious. My schedule has been arranged and now it's time to relax 😉 see you soon, regards Heike
