My run

So first of all, I'm knocked out. I'm just sitting in the park taking a break from my run. I just felt like I walked three kilometers home, changed briefly and then got out. The problem is that getting around the city is almost impossible because of the crowds and the traffic lights. That's why I walked almost three kilometers back down to the beach, where I recently went for a run on the promenade. At that time I stopped after I think 6 or 7 kilometers because I had to go to the toilet and so I did a few more exercises. I wanted to do some exercises today too, but that's out of the question right now. So I started running and the first kilometer was good, but there were a lot of people on the way and most of them didn't pay any attention, really annoying. But it's also Sunday and everyone is outside anyway. During the second kilometer I already noticed that it was going to be difficult today. I have to say that I only had breakfast and nothing more after that. And I didn't bring anything to drink with me (big mistake). I had another drink at the hotel, but I definitely underestimated the heat. After the third kilometer I wanted to give up and then I convinced myself to at least do 8 kilometers. At kilometer four I walked back along the promenade. Oh yes: And on the way at least three dogs almost ran into my legs barking and of course the owners didn't do anything. I would have taken a small backpack with me, but it broke the first time I went jogging. I really have to remember to take a small, sturdy backpack with me on my next vacation. So I pushed on and at kilometer 8 I took a short break and walked 100 meters. And then I thought to myself “Come on, you can still do the two kilometers”. And yes, I packed them, but I'm definitely exhausted and exhausted for today. I have to walk the three kilometers back to the hotel, take a shower, eat something and that's it for today. Maybe. still chilling in the park, but I have to get home first. One after the other.

Normally I'm in good shape and run ten kilometers easily, but I haven't jogged for two weeks now and before that I didn't go jogging because I was sick. I have to go home after vacation or maybe. start again tomorrow or Tuesday. Just like the gym. I'm taking part in a fitness challenge from March to May. I'm really looking forward to it.

Now I'll enjoy the sun for a bit and then try to get to the hotel somehow.
