I rode the super express along the coast and arrived in Nagasaki after 2 hours. After getting ready to go out and meeting my nice roommates Dan and Dan, I walked to Dejima, a former Dutch trading post that was the only gateway to the West for Japan for a long time. This artificial island, which is now surrounded by the city, has been rebuilt and transformed into a museum where you could learn a lot about Dutch-Japanese history and various achievements that entered Japan through Dejima (including camera technology). I also briefly met Dan and Dan in Dejima.
Afterwards, I went to the foot of Mount Inasa, which could be reached by cable car. From there, it allegedly has the third most beautiful night view in the world (after Monaco and Hong Kong). From there, I watched the sunset and once again met Dan and Dan. After enjoying the beautiful night view and almost freezing (there was a rough wind on the mountain), we went to a ramen restaurant before going back to the hostel.
