Hello everyone!
Today I'm starting my journey in Vietnam and I'm already very excited. The plan is to start in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, and travel along the coast to the south. From there, I will continue to Cambodia, a very interesting area of Southeast Asia, where unfortunately there is a lot of poverty. Finally, I will travel back to Thailand and be back in Germany by 19.03.20.
I will try to share as much as possible of my travel experiences with all of you, as I think it's simply amazing and I want to encourage everyone to get to know completely different countries and cultures. As for my preparations, I have the link to my packing list here:

This list had everything you need, and if you strictly follow it, you can't go wrong or forget anything.
What can I say? Let's go!
My flight was quite pleasant. I took the Flixbus from Wangen to Munich and then flew directly to Bangkok with Eurowings/Lufthansa, albeit with a slight delay. In my opinion, it's the best option on this route without any layovers. Except for the mediocre dinner, of course. It was a 10 and a half hours journey to a different world and from there (based on a spontaneous decision) I flew directly to Vietnam. I received confirmation of my Vietnam visa just 24 hours before.
As a small tip for travelers: Vietnam is the only one of the four countries (Laos is also included) that doesn't always allow tourists to enter spontaneously. Therefore, you need an e-visa, which can be obtained online for most Europeans. It costs $25 and gives you the security of not being refused entry at the border. Here is the link, in case anyone is interested:

Furthermore, I had a great flight and arrived in Hanoi after almost 13 hours. From now on, the exploration of a completely different world begins. So take a deep breath and go outside.
