🇺🇸 USA 2024 Summary 😍

Pictures often speak louder than words! The images shown above are just a small part of the many beautiful photos we took.

It was truly a wonderful trip that I was able to take with Kathi. Everything worked out wonderfully in the end, even though we had to tackle one or two challenges. For instance, our detour on the unpaved desert road to the Grand Canyon🙈. If anything had happened along that one-hour stretch with the car, we would have looked pretty silly right in the middle of the desert. Or the non-functioning air stations at the gas stations when our tire pressure on the rear right tire had dropped to just 12 PSI instead of 33 PSI.

But in hindsight, it all turned out to be no big deal, and luckily not much happened. We also didn't see a grizzly bear 🐻 live, which might have been a good thing, especially when I was swimming in the Kings Canyon River.

Kathi discovered a lot of things along the way that helped us or saved us money. For example, the Muni app in San Francisco allowed us to explore the entire city using the CableCar and subway.

You can tell the younger generation is much more digitally savvy than I am😂

I'm glad that we're back in Germany healthy, aside from a slight cold. The only minor loss we have to lament is the lost GoPro. But if that's all it is..., I chalk it up to the point of,
