On Monday we were in Salt Lake City. We admired the headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The whole downtown area is immaculate. And everywhere they clean where everything is already clean.
Here we finally wanted to do a little shopping. For this we first went to the Gateway, a shopping complex that was built specifically for the Winter Olympics. However, the complex is developing more towards entertainment.
Not far from the Gateway is the City Creek Center, where we found some nice things.
On the way there we saw a guy standing in the street, beaming with joy and wearing only underwear, celebrating life.
Our lower route took us a little further through the surrounding mountains and finally to Idaho, the 4th state we have visited so far (besides California, Nevada and Utah).
In the hotel in Twin Falls we had our first problem with the reservation, as it did not arrive at the hotel. After an hour of searching for a solution, we finally got a room. And because I was so nice and relaxed the whole time, we even got an upgrade for the room, and that for 20$ less.
