10th day from Marbella to Malaga

Our camping is over, it's quite a lot of effort to set up and dismantle. And honestly, our age group is better off in a bed. However, it's good that we had everything with us just in case.

Today we headed from Marbella towards Malaga. We have now arrived in the full tourist area (Costa del Sol). The construction along the coast is uninterrupted, visually there is no longer a separation between the villages. And there are a lot of people here, mainly English-speaking tourists, also some Spaniards due to the Easter holidays.

Therefore, and not least for cost reasons, we have organized a vacation apartment in the hinterland. We are about 15-20km from the center of Malaga and will stay for two nights. The area here is rural and there are lemon, orange, and olive plantations everywhere. Tomorrow we will take the bus to Malaga and explore the city. As for the food on Good Friday, we still have to see, it is celebrated differently in the rural area than in the tourist areas. But we'll find something.

Roughly speaking, we should have exceeded the 500 km limit. No technical, weather-related, or personnel failures and the mood is good. Knock, knock, knock. 😉
