Entertainment, zoo, and a car

The last week has been stressful but also exciting. Among other things, we visited the highly praised zoo in Perth. Aside from that, we hoped to see some kangaroos finally.

All in all, the zoo was very beautiful, very natural, and above all, the animals had a lot of space. But the exciting question, what about the kangaroos and koalas? Well, we thought we could at least hold a koala... unfortunately not. We could only observe the koala from a distance, and we couldn't pet or feed the kangaroos either. However, we did see a 4.5 meter long crocodile :-O.

Furthermore, we found a few friends who also come from Germany, but unfortunately they will be leaving soon. Here in Australia, there are public BBQ spots everywhere, where you can barbecue really well. We took advantage of that and totally overate ourselves :-D. At least now we finally have our car, we built a bed in it, and after we have set it up, we can finally continue driving! =) Don't be surprised if you don't hear from us for a while, we might have too little time or no internet.
