The 3 days at Lake Bohinj were very varied in terms of weather and activities. Despite many clouds, we only got a few drops of rain and it got really warm at the end. Only the water always remained fresh. But I always went in in the mornings and evenings.
We cycled to the mountain pasture until the battery was empty after 900 altitude meters. Time seems to have stood still up here. (If you overlook the cars between the huts) So there was no socket for the e-bikes. And the cows with their big bells graze comfortably in between. The long descent was paved and therefore a pleasure.
We comfortably used the cable car to go to Mount Vogel. But the way still took us over 6 hours and 700 altitude meters. To the west, we could see all the way to the Adriatic Sea, but unfortunately, the view of Triglav was covered in clouds.
We then paddled across the entire lake with the stand-up paddleboard. Ulla did most of the paddling while I accompanied her on the bike, except for half an hour.
