Before we start with the actual travel blog...

... I want to tell you a little bit about us first 😊

I am 22 years old, studying Public Management and, like Jannik, from Ludwigshafen. He is 21 and works in a prison.

The first time I saw him was when I was in seventh grade. We went to the same school, he was in my parallel class. I immediately had a crush on him, while he didn't even know who I was.

He only spoke to me once, and it wasn't exactly our best conversation: 'Are you the one with the thick eyebrows?' Conversation over. After that, he went back to his class and forgot that I exist. By the way, that was the day I started plucking my eyebrows. I have it under control now. It wasn't until my friend in ninth grade started dating his best friend and I was forced to introduce myself to him that he finally noticed me. However, I still got rejected (exact words back then: 'It's not you, it's me.' 😅) In the end, I ended up in his class because mine was dissolved. Somehow we became friends, and somehow I managed to win his heart. When I was 18 and he was 17 (yes, he is a year younger), we finally fell in love with each other. That was four years ago on January 31, 2019. In these four years, we have seen and experienced a lot together. And that's exactly what we want to share with you now! 😊
