Located opposite Hong Kong Island is Kowloon. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the skyline of Hong Kong Island. Every evening at 8:00, a laser show is held here, accompanied by music. But Kowloon has much more to offer. A popular tourist attraction is the Avenue of Stars, which has unfortunately been reduced to a minimum due to construction work. Among other things, we saw the famous Bruce Lee statue.
Kowloon also offers numerous shopping opportunities for every budget. While the Ladies' Market offers cheap fake products and souvenirs, there are also numerous luxury shopping centers with all kinds of brands.
Another highlight of Hong Kong was the local food called Dim Sum. We had the specialties at the One Dim Sum Restaurant near Prince Edward Metro Station. You order various snacks and share them with each other. Black tea is served with it. Many of the snacks are reminiscent of dumplings in Taiwan. My favorite is the BBQ Pork Bun, a sweet bun filled with pork and sauce. The rice wrapped in lotus leaves was also very delicious.
That's all about Hong Kong. This will not be my last time in Hong Kong;)
