Hi everyone,
Yesterday I spent the whole day at an elephant sanctuary.
We started at 8 o'clock. We drove for about 1 1/2 hours and on the bus I met some people from Germany who I was with the whole time. First, we did a rafting tour on a bamboo raft. It was really beautiful and we could see a lot of plants.
Afterwards, we went to a waterfall where we could jump from a cliff into the cold water. Of course, I did it. There is also a video as proof. We had a delicious lunch there, Pad Thai.
When we were done, we hiked through the forest to the elephants. The animals are kept there on a huge area and have a good life. We played with the elephants in the mud and then cleaned ourselves in the river. It was super cool🥰
After we were somewhat clean again, we continued over mountains, fields, and through the forest. The way was absolutely worth it because there was a baby elephant there. It was three weeks old and so incredibly cute🐘
Then we headed back, in the evening I got something to eat. A typical Thai dessert🌈
Best regards from Chiang Mai where the sun is shining right now ☀️😜
