Distance 64 kilometers, cumulative 2,607 kilometers | Elevation 1,230, cumulative 19,460

Today's stage took me to Switzerland. The journey could have been through a hilly area near us. It was very green, there were lots of farms and the smell was just as rural. I was regularly greeted by the barking of dogs.

Just like yesterday, it was a constant up and down. So today again we gained a lot of altitude. I would like to tell you how it works on my saddle. Before that, I have to explain what saddle lowering is. I can raise or lower the saddle using a special lever. This is particularly useful when stopping and getting off.

So when the downhill is steep, I lower the saddle, which lowers the center of gravity and reduces air resistance. Then I put the bike in the highest gear possible, which is done by turning the handle on the right-hand side of the handlebar. With my left hand, I set the motor support to low. I have 5 options, but I only use 3 of them. The 4th provides almost no support and the 5th switches it off completely. I often reach speeds of 30 to 60 (rarely) km/h this way. I then try to use the momentum from this on the subsequent climb. At the same time, I raise the saddle again, put the bike in a lower gear and increase the support from the motor as needed. So on a hilly route like today, I never get bored. And the rule always applies: safety comes first.

Yesterday I rode a large part of the pilgrimage route. Today is completely different! For cyclists there is the EV-3. This runs almost exclusively on roads with little traffic. This means you always have a good surface and you don't disturb any pilgrims. It was only here in Melide that I saw any pilgrims at all. It will continue to be like this, but there will be ups and downs too.

Today's step took me to Switzerland. The trip could have taken place in a mountainous area where we stopped. It was very green, there were many farms and the color was similar to rural. The dogs died regularly and greeted me.

Like yesterday, I sank and fell constantly. Many meters of altitude turned to each other today. I'd like to hear how it works in my chair. Before this, I want to explain that it is a chair fall. Can I take off my shoes and lower my seat using my own

pancake. This result is particularly

and practical at the time of stopping and lowering.

Then, when the descent is more pronounced, lower the hill, what means that the gravity center is lower and the air resistance decreases. Seems to be as stiff as possible when walking, making the handlebars turn while they are on the right side of the handlebar. With the help of my hand I pushed the motor support down. I have 5 options and only use 3 of them. The fourth one just doesn't stand up and the fifth one falls apart completely. The speed limit is 30 to 60 (rarely) km/h. The aim is to bring the impulse together in the next subtraction. At the same time, I fly over the hill, taking a lower journey and increasing the engine support as necessary. So that on a route as mountainous as the actual one, nothing hides me. And whenever the next step is applied, security is a priority.

Let's take a large part of the pilgrimage route. Completely different today! For cyclists there is the EV-3. Circulates almost exclusively through streets with little traffic. This means that there is always a good surface and no discomfort for the pilgrims. Only here in Melide we pilgrims. This will continue to be the case, but also with great difficulty.
