Before we start

Tomorrow, Pentecost Sunday 2022, the time has come. Always a bit exciting before a multi-day tour. First of all, think: what do I take with me? Look up and study weather forecasts: which one do we trust? Rain gear must go in the backpack (there is no thunderstorm gear). For hot, for cool, for wet, for evenings, for changing... and taking care of the body. Not too much, not too little. The right measure, just like in real life.

Do the daily stages fit? I hope so, after careful consideration and confirmation by the group. The "map knife", based on the analog hiking maps, is hopefully fairly reliable.

The group: Germana, with whom I have walked hundreds of kilometers. Anna: Mariazell called, and we came in early summer 2017. Alex: in summer 2021, the Meran High Path belonged to us. Karin, the new hiking partner.
