Grade 2010 - Tag 5

8:00 a.m. Lisa jumps out of bed without hesitation. We open all the blinds and sit on the balcony. "I really think Grado is very beautiful. Just as beautiful as Graz." Lisa seems to like it.

The weather is sunny and partly cloudy. Today Lisa didn't have a nightmare, but only a dream, which can no longer be reconstructed.

Morning routine as usual: breakfast, general getting going until 12 and then a quick trip into town before the "balcony slacking" can begin.

So we buy a few more presents, send postcards and are happy that the Ristorante Agli artisti is open. Starter alici marinata and insalate di seppie, no primi and then "la grigliata di pesce" for me. 4 grilled fish, grilled vegetables and 4,000,000 bones - very, very laborious. The dessert calms me down and it is extremely pleasant as always.

Then our afternoon program: to the beach! And of course to the playground, this time with beer for the companions.

When I got home late, I still had a job waiting for me: I had put my gift bag under the table at "Agli artisti" at lunch and had forgotten it!

Although: I am reconciled with the world again. In the bar, everyone immediately recognizes me and hands me the forgotten bag (bag/saccheto) with lots of friendly Italian words. Mille, mille grazie!

The way back through the city is pleasant, exhilarating, I am in harmony with the world - I continue to believe in the good in people!

The space between "Agli artisti" and "Ristorante Adriatico" also makes me smile.

There is not much going on here and there and only pleasant Italian and Austrian guests. But in between, at the absolutely ugly yellow and green table setting, there are countless Germans sitting - sensational. They really have a knack for it.

So on to the evening program: it's just like every other day - drink beer, shower, eat, put the kids to bed, drink wine, today also watch a boring World Cup match (URU-FRA 0:0) and off to bed.
